How we care?

24/7 Caretaker and Nursing Staff

We have trained nursing and caretaker staff who is available with us round the clock to assist every day basic needs like bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and timely medication.

Daily Health Monitoring

We have daily health monitoring schedules for Blood pressure, Blood sugar, Oxygen levels, etc. We share weekly inputs about the progress with the family members.

Food and Nutrition

We take special care of nutrition while cooking our delicious homemade meals and snacks. Food is prepared as per each member’s medical restrictions and requirements, personal food preferences, and nutritional needs. We encourage eating together for all our active and mobile members for social connection. Bed-ridden patients are fed by staff.

Breakfast, Tea/Coffee/Boost/Protein Shake

Kadha, Juice/Fruits

Roti, sabzi, daal-rice, salad, pickle, papad, Buttermilk/Curd (Farsan and dessert twice a week)

Tea/Coffee/Boost/Protein Shake, Snacks

Paratha/Bhakhri, Sabji, Khichdi-Kadhi, Salad, pickle, papad, milk (Normal/Haldi/Masala) or regional dishes like Pavbhaji, South Indian, Chinese, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, Italian, etc ( for a change).

Personal Grooming

We have trained staff to care for the personal grooming needs of each member. We have provisions for body massage, hair oil massage, bath, shaving, haircuts, hair color, nail cut, and ear cleaning.

Pharmacy

We maintain a stock of regular basic medicines in our in-house storage. We also keep regular track and stock for patient-specific medicines & other chronic medications at subsidized rates by tie-ups with local pharmacies.

Doctor Visits/Emergency tie up/Lab & Radiology/ Ambulance

We have a planned visit by our impaneled doctor once every 10 days wherein proactively all members are checked on their health and developments. We also arrange doctor-on-call for need-based visits. Doctor according to your preference is also arranged.

We have a huge network of specialized doctors which also includes, Homeopathic and Ayurvedic doctors as per preference. We have tie-ups with nearby hospitals, to help us in case of any emergency. Laboratory and Radiological investigations can be arranged for if required. An on-call ambulance is available for patient transportation, whether for an emergency, radiology, or any other purpose.

Rehabilitation and recreation

We emphasize activity sessions of physiotherapy and games to improve the mobility cognitive functions of our members. The activities are planned towards helping the elderly to improve their lives and maintain their independence meet their long-term needs, improve the quality of life, and maintain independence for as long as possible.

Medical aids and equipment

We have necessary medical equipment for needs such as wheelchairs, stretchers, first aid box, walking stick, medical bed, bath chair, bath and toilet essentials, air pump mattress for bed sores and oxygen and oxygen equipment, etc, available for use at all times.
